I feel like she was sincere and caring, knowledgeable and kept me on track. Anyone is lucky to know her and or work with her. Anytime I had a question she was quick to respond. A prime example is I closed on the house 2/13/2026 and just 2 days ago 2/23/2026 I had a question about insurance and mortgage so I sent her a text message asking what I was supposed to do or not do. She responded quickly and set me in the right direction, even got ahold of the attorney to make sure something was done. She also let me know that I can always contact her with any questions in the future.
